The Hillsdale, Fulton, and Williams County Soil and Water Conservation Districts will host the Tri-County Soil Health Workshop with keynote speaker and 2022 National No-Tiller Innovator of the Year – Rick Clark – from Williamsport, IN. Rick is a 5th generation farmer, implementing regenerative agriculture practices for optimal soil health, pest and weed management, and farming green. Rick will be joined by OSU Climatology specialist DR. Aaron Wilson. The day will conclude with a Farmer Panel on Conservation Practices with farmers from surrounding counties.
